Pat Koballa stopped and talked to me to tell me about the pet adoption fair that was being held in his parking lot. I've been in animal rescue for 25 years and my respect and admiration for Pat Koballa just can't go any higher. If you want a dealership that is run with absolute honesty and integrity, has the finest service department in town, the best deals on a great vehicle and a staff that treats every customer with courtesy and respect....don't go anywhere but Coastal KIA. Sam and Bob became not just my service advisors...but actual FRIENDS. That’s saying a lot for a car dealership and the service center. I will miss these guys and their exceptional service always going ABOVE and BEYOND. My car was always well taken care of and the service was always down right and they washed it for me and had it looking like it was new every time. Sam Weismann is an asset Car would not start yesterday morning. Had it towed to coastal Kia. Sam got it right in and traced the issue back to the original battery from 2015. Sam Weisman (Service Cnsultant) was excellent!... but Although Sam did a great job, there were two other Service Consultant stations that were vacant, making it very challenging Sam to singularly take car Although Sam did a great job, there were two other Service Consultant stations that were vacant, making it very challenging Sam to singularly take care of the many service customers during my visit. Also because of the customer volume and apparent lack of service personnel, it took two hours to get a simple oil change and car wash. The customer care attitude was strong, but overall capacity needs fortifying. More
