Great service. Dropped car off for a recall issue. They said it would take about an hour and a half. They got it done in about an hour. Horrible customer service. Was told my engine was replaced in October 2017. I bought the car in Jan. 2018. Not in my Carfax that was ran in Jan 2018 and they offered no proof that it had been replaced. My engine was so sludged up and after finding articles/recalls of people having the same problem, they told me there was pretty much nothing they could do for me. Howard Ramsey was incredibly rude and basically accused me of not taking care of my car throughout my visit. The car is only a year and a half old with “supposedly” a brand new motor. Last time I buy a Kia. More

I think some of the pricing is a bit high and doesn’t really feel like any value, just straight going by the book. Almost $50 for a $8 bulb might be a bit extreme, and then shop fees and environmental fees starts to get to feel like picking our pockets. Shop fees should be a part of the $90 to $100 an hour for labor which if I had to guess is 2/3 profit as I bet the mechanics might make $35 an hour tops. When I sell a steak I don’t add towel fees and utility fees, they are just part of the price of that filet. I know that all shops are charging different fees for different things but I keep hoping to find a shop that doesn’t charge everything humanly possible for everything. More

Excellent Service/Friendly Staff I always bring my 2016 Sorrento in for the scheduled services. They always take the car at the scheduled appointment time.
