Very professional and respective of the customer I purchased a used car from this dealership. It is a Volvo and I had no intention of them doing any regular service or being my go to place for repair I purchased a used car from this dealership. It is a Volvo and I had no intention of them doing any regular service or being my go to place for repairs. What brought me there was a perceived screw up on their part; an over tightened oil filter. They took care of the oil change, did a complimentary wash of the vehicle, and did not try to "point out" all the scheduled services that were due, or the "problems" that they found. Then they did not charge me for my (first) visit with them-they made it complimentary! This is a very courteous, professional and customer-centered shop that I would highly recommend to others. These dealership operations however seem to be pricey and I am budget conscious so I am not sure how much business I can do with them. But they were awesome and a model for how a place should operate, and they will see me again. More
