Sam Weismann is an asset Car would not start yesterday morning. Had it towed to coastal Kia. Sam got it right in and traced the issue back to the original battery from 2015. Always amazing I am really sad...I’m sad that I have to move and this place will no longer be my place to go get my car serviced. Sam and Bob became not just my service advisors...but actual FRIENDS. That’s saying a lot for a car dealership and the service center. Nice experience The repairs took longer than I expected. Over 2 hours. When asked if you had loaner cars were told that you had a shuttle van. Sam Weisman (Service Cnsultant) was excellent!... but Although Sam did a great job, there were two other Service Consultant stations that were vacant, making it very challenging Sam to singularly take car Although Sam did a great job, there were two other Service Consultant stations that were vacant, making it very challenging Sam to singularly take care of the many service customers during my visit. Also because of the customer volume and apparent lack of service personnel, it took two hours to get a simple oil change and car wash. The customer care attitude was strong, but overall capacity needs fortifying. More
