Oil Change When I arrived for my schedule oil change service Sam greeted me and has all the necessary preparations for my oil change. Check-in was very easy. This is my brother Darryl and this is my other brother Darry Okay, a little joke and suddenly I realize Sam probably won’t get the joke but Bob will. The courtesy driver Kelly (s true asset and gold nugget) walks in and treats two ladies with the most genuine kindness and respect to deliver them to their destination then comes back and makes the rounds in the waiting area as if it’s his living room and he is the host! Top notch service and truly the best staff in the world. Sam is my go to and always walks out to greet me and walk me to my car! Bob is always got a smile and always both friendly and professional treated all as if old friends! So yes, it’s always a pleasure coming in, waiting and knowing all things will be done exactly to expectations but exceeds on all levels! In a word, ‘like family!’... More
