I decided to make my service appointments for whenever I would be in Wilmington visiting. This last appointment for an oil change at Coastal Kia was just as I remembered. Every person I met was so friendly and welcoming. They stick to appointment times and provide reasonable expectations. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable if waiting for your vehicle. This service department is a model of how dealership service departments should be run.
