Incredible customer service. I have to admit I was hesitant on going. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, attention and professionalism I received. Angry I was a little take back when the guy kept asking where I bought car when I was there for a Kia warranty repair. Was told it was one thing that was co I was a little take back when the guy kept asking where I bought car when I was there for a Kia warranty repair. Was told it was one thing that was covered under warranty. Recommend other services which was great. The next day car acts like does not want to start. I send email to them and get a call saying my battery needs replacement. Wasn’t something he said over phone or when I came in. It is definitely something that I need though. The paperwork says they checked battery and it was good so don’t know why he would let me leave if I need a battery. Then when he called me said he had to jump the car but never told me that until I sent email More
