Fast and Friendly They were ready for me when I arrived on time for my appt. and took my car right back. I used the wifi while I was there and it worked fine so I got to play on my phone and look at emails, waiting room was comfortable. Awesome Dealership For Service I have brought my 2013 Kia Optima to Coastal Kia several times now. And each time they treat me like I have been there for years. It doesn't matter I have brought my 2013 Kia Optima to Coastal Kia several times now. And each time they treat me like I have been there for years. It doesn't matter that I bought my car up North, they treat me with respect and I could not be happier. Sam is one of the friendliest guys I have met. I just love this dealership. I would love to be in the market for a new car, but just being retired and on a fixed income I don't think it will be possible. I love my Optima and it is one of the best cars I have ever owned and trust me I have had a lot of cars in my lifetime. LOL Thank you Coastal Kia !!!!! More
