Awesome service. Trunk latch on our 2017 Kia Optima broke and trunk wouldn't latch. Called the service department and was told to bring it right in. Was in and out in Trunk latch on our 2017 Kia Optima broke and trunk wouldn't latch. Called the service department and was told to bring it right in. Was in and out in less than one hour. Everyone in the service department was excellent to deal with. I even received a follow-up phone call a few days later to see if everything was okay. I couldn't be happier.
