quick and accomadating Came in twice in one week. First time for servicing a couple of things that needed replacing. Then later in the week for a steering wheel problem. S Came in twice in one week. Sam was great working with me, Bob, the shuttle driver was able to get me to my destination and everything was done to my satisfaction. Great team!!! More

Because of the excellent service and customer service at Coastal Kia, I was highly disappointed in the Kia dealership in my new town. I decided to make my service appointments for whenever I would be in Wilmington visiting. This last appointment for an oil change at Coastal Kia was just as I remembered. Every person I met was so friendly and welcoming. They stick to appointment times and provide reasonable expectations. They go above and beyond to make sure you're comfortable if waiting for your vehicle. This service department is a model of how dealership service departments should be run. They truly value their customers, and it shows. More
