Incredible customer service. I have to admit I was hesitant on going. I was pleasantly surprised by the service, attention and professionalism I received. Angry I was a little take back when the guy kept asking where I bought car when I was there for a Kia warranty repair. I send email to them and get a call saying my battery needs replacement. Wasn’t something he said over phone or when I came in. It is definitely something that I need though. The paperwork says they checked battery and it was good so don’t know why he would let me leave if I need a battery.
