Went in to have 2019 optima serviced ended up trading Bought 2019 optima in 2018 rear ended in September 2019. Damages & labor over 8500.00$ Considerable diminished value of vehicle. Dealership only offer Bought 2019 optima in 2018 rear ended in September 2019. Damages & labor over 8500.00$ Considerable diminished value of vehicle. Dealership only offered. 17000$ trade value. Decided to trade while I could still get something for it according to salesman. After further reflection I fell I didn’t get good deal or options for price i paid for 2019 stinger considering this is my 4th vehicle purchased @ this dealership. Salesman wasn’t to familiar with options in this car I was interested in, like navigation further review on my part reveled it didn’t when I asked about it he said I could use navigation from my phone which is true. Then when asked about sound system I was told it was there premium system come to find out it wasn’t. More
