Pointless I went in for warranty work. I told them It was an intermittent problem. They said they could duplicate it. Which I do not believe because my transmis I went in for warranty work. I told them It was an intermittent problem. They said they could duplicate it. Which I do not believe because my transmission shutters AT LEAST once in a 10 mile period. They would not do a loaner car which according to KIA USA they are supposed to for warranty work. All together xxxxty experience. The only thing positive I could say was at least they were polite about not doing their job. More

To my surprise, my car was checked out early, diagnosed very quickly, and I was on my way home. Getting new tires I had to get two new tires. One had a nail stuck in it and the other had a bubble. I call Monday to see if they had my tires in stock. They did so the I had to get two new tires.
