Oil change I took my 2019 Sorento in for its first oil change. The service guy was very pleasant as usual. He told me it would be an hour to an hour and a half. Not great with communication, didn’t do anything to make us want to return. Didn’t wash the car, but other cars were washed after service... not sure why?
