Overall I was displeased with the pricing. After discussing a price, I came in and they tried to charge me an additional 200 for the price of the part (alternator). I told them it was unacceptable, discussing a price, I came in and they tried to charge me an additional 200 for the price of the part (alternator). I told them it was unacceptable, and that was not what was previously discussed. Then they added an additional part (a belt) and charged 200 just for the part, saying it was broke, but after looking into it I found several for under 30 showing they just wanted to get the money back from the other part. I have worked at a dealership and know how they work, but I won't be back. More
Good service I know that certain areas of the vehicle need servicing at different times. This is the only real problem I have with my experience. More
