While the new service are is very nice it feels a little less personal. Each time I have been there since the change I have had a different service adviser. While everyone has been courteous and professional, this creates a feeling of unfamiliarity and can feel a little cold. I really prefer to deal with a familiar person each time. My last visit I felt a little rushed. I understand there are busy times and I happened in at one but this is where the unfamiliarity makes it feel worse. My problem with the car was corrected so I am pleased with the work. The atmosphere just felt a little off from what I was use to. More

This dealership is by no means perfect. They are very busy quite often and the wait is often longer than I like. For the most part they get the work needed to be done right the first time. I don't know what happened to this Dealership in the past 3 years, but it has DEFINATELY taken a fall in ratings! BEWARE when asking to have a recall repair addressed. If you fail to ask for it by the "pro 3 years, but it has DEFINATELY taken a fall in ratings! BEWARE when asking to have a recall repair addressed. If you fail to ask for it by the "proper COMPANY name" you may be told that there is no recall; then get charged for the repair only to have to return the vehicle for the same repair under warranty; and "Oh there's a recall that addresses that issue". To have the recall letter in hand only to be told that the recall does not exist is a direct insult. More
