Worst service ever. Complimentary oil change and tire rotation with a software update took 3.5 hours.. never again! And this is with a scheduled appointment. Well, again not receiving any response from the Coastal service department after sending in a question via their website regarding the ISG on our 2020 Santa Fe. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after receiving mixed messages months back, but again their lack of a timely response seems to be the norm from them. The ISG on our santa fe works sporadically. According to Coastal, it should not work if the battery charge is less than 70%. This is the same problem we had months back and could not get a straight answer. Coastal refuses to replace the battery even though the suv is less than 3 years old, it is not sufficient to power the ISG, and the diagnosis appears to be questionable. We've been in FL less than 5 years and have purchased 2 cars from coastal. You would think they might treat us a little better. Makes us question there service department at coastal. More
My 2006 Hyundai Accent wont start. Phoned Melbourne dealership who informed me that I must organise a breakdown and have vehicle towed in. Six times in three years getting the AC āfixedā and the sixth time, the extended warranty has conveniently ran out. I bought a used 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe in 2018, and in 2019 I brought my vehicle to get th sixth time, the extended warranty has conveniently ran out. I bought a used 2014 Hyundai Santa Fe in 2018, and in 2019 I brought my vehicle to get the AC repaired. They want me to pay for the repair (a new AC compressor) that should have been fixed three years ago, when they āreplacedā the AC compressor the first time. My vehicle has been at their dealership for almost a month. They gave me a number to customer service, whom told me not to pick up or pay for the repair until they get more information. I spoke with my case manager one time over the phone, when she called me a few days later. My phone number was also conveniently changed to a number Iāve never heard, and I havenāt heard anything since. I called one time and was told that the dealership told them that the vehicle was already picked up, instead of responding to the questions that the case manager asked them. Which started the delaying process in anything getting resolved. I also asked for a rental, and was provided one before I was told that the warranty expired. I called twice, two different days to change my phone number to the correct number. I also called a third time, to make sure it was changed. I am not picking up my vehicle until this is resolved. Disgusting treatment of this single mom. More
Palisade in for replacemnet of defective leather and foam seat bolster. No loaner available waited three and a half hours..plus my 40 minutes of driveing. The seat is a disgrace wrinkles,dips etc. Looked much better prior to the work. Waste of my time and aggravation. Told to return in couple of weeks if condition does not improve. More

They said it was repaired and when I went to get it the bumper was loose. I told them it was not right. To their credit they looked at it and found the problem, missing absorbers. They were missing when I bought the car!!! The took it back in the shop and fixed it, but charged for the missing parts -missing on the vehicle when I bought it from them. My complaint - they claimed the car was repaired when it was not. I found the problem in 15 seconds, you would think a competent tech would have noticed it. Second they took no responsibility for the parts being missing when they sold me the car - I had to pay for the missing parts! So they took no responsibility for the missing parts, my having to make two trips to retrieve the auto (each about a 30 mi round trip). They lost a customer, this was my 3rd vehicle I purchased from them and planning one next year. More

I called to let them know and they said no problem. When we get the, the service lady says she will try to fit us in but will have to be after 1. We could not talk to a service advisor even though they were all at their desks. I was going to look at new cars while mine was getting serviced, but I will no longer be giving this dealership my business which is a tough decision since I have bought three cars from this dealership. Upon returning to pick the vehicle back up, I accompanied her to the advisor as I usually do. He provided us with a receipt with several recommendations for service that totaled $900 in estimates. Now, I have service her vehicle completely since new and this vehicle runs perfectly and is maintained exactly to factory specifications and has topped off fluids and even perfect tire pressure, always. I decided not to question this ārecommended serviceā on the spot, and instead, fact checked it myself. After inspecting each item, not a single thing on this list was accurate. It recommended, for example, two new radiator hoses and a coolant flush. I just flushed the coolant and inspected the radiator hoses 3 days prior to this inspection and they are in perfect condition and filled with factory replacement coolant with no spillage to lead anyone to believe there were any issues of any kind. I tried to call and speak with a manager but I was tossed around from one phone to another before hung up on. Iām upset by this, and I plan to bring this vehicle back and fix this issue. More
