We had our car serviced for our FREE OIL CHANGE, had the tires rotated and fixed our windshield washer pump and turned around that same day and bought a 2014 Sonata. Bobby was a great salesmen..........never pushy and very patient with all our questions and Spike closed the deal............we shook hands and came back in a few hours to pick up our beautiful, well equipped sleek ride..............it has beautiful lines. We appreciate the time Lou spent with us and sharing our 'common ground'. We would highly recommend this dealership and people to our friends and family. I purchased my Tucson in another state and would never buy a vehicle from that dealership again. I was pressured into buying, not offered reducton in price and was pestered by three different salesmen. Coastal, on the other hand was totally a great experience. Rishi Maharaj was absolutely the nicest and politest salesman I have ever come across, in a car dealership. He was very informative, friendly and helpful in assisting me in buying my Elantra. I plan to return in a couple of years to trade again and I will choose Rishi again, as my salesman. I also had wonderful assistance from Roman. He explained all the bells and whistles on my Elantra and set up the bluetooth for me, which I knew nothing about. He explained how it worked and gave me the opportunity to use it while still on the lot, to be sure I understood how it worked.He also provided a wonderful experience for me at Coastal.
