From my first contact with Coastal Hyundai to the final drive away after the sale, Wes Baker and his assistant Roman treated me with respect and fully accommodated my desires. Initially, when coming to Coastal Hyundai, I came in for the repair of my 2005 Sante Fe. I waited several days and when I picked it up I went less than a mile and not only was it not repaired, it was worse. the repair of my 2005 Sante Fe. I waited several days and when I picked it up I went less than a mile and not only was it not repaired, it was worse. $1,765.00 later and the car was inoperable. The technician that worked on my car did a very poor job. My husband being a Master Technician for many years (now disabled) was less than pleased. Having said that, I must make it extremely visible to Hyundai, that Edwin Miranda, my service advisor, was more than helpful and professional as was the Assistant Service Manager (I did not get her name). From the moment my car arrived they were courteous, helpful, professional and helped me with a rental car. Then I had to bring it back. Needless to say, I was angry. But again Eddie and the entire Service Advisor's department were great. They introduced me to Rishi and from there I decided to purchase a new car. Rishi was again patient, understanding, helpful and dealing with someone at that point that wasn't too happy, but he was very professional and charmed me right into a decision looking at a new SUV. Days later I wanted a Genesis but couldn't see spending that money with my husband's health issues. Then I started looking at the Sonata Limited. Fell in love. Rishi was great, helped me decide on what model I wanted, etc. The Finance manager Jeff Rich, was also most helpful, cheerful and checked over everything with Rishi and with us. It was actually a pleasant experience. We were impressed there with the entire staff (with the exception of the technician that "fixed" my car). Due to my husband's profession I have been in many dealerships and find Coastal Hyundai to be top notch. Would I buy there again, in a minute. More

My 2005 Hyundai Elantra needed major repairs. Instead of putting more money into that older vehicle, i opted to trade the Elantra in for another vehicle. Manny was my assigned sales advisor and he worked w putting more money into that older vehicle, i opted to trade the Elantra in for another vehicle. Manny was my assigned sales advisor and he worked with me from beginning to end of the process. I wanted an 2013 Elantra but my finances would not allow it to happen. Manny and the sales department assisted me with a good deal on a 2013 Hyundai Accent. So far I am satisfied with the vehicle and with the sales experience. I want to commend Manny for giving me realistic expectations and facilitating the best outcome possible. More

Don't recall his name .seemed bothered when we asked to see purchase transaction papers before signing any other papers. we wanted to see all the final numbers.....but he did apologize when i expressed to him that I felt he had been somewhat put out with our request......rest of sales transaction went well. Overall a pleasant experience. More
