They actually acted as if they wanted to make me satified I purchased a new 2015 vehicle at the end of the model year because of the closeout pricing. The car that I wanted was located at another dealership I purchased a new 2015 vehicle at the end of the model year because of the closeout pricing. The car that I wanted was located at another dealership and it was transported to Coastal Hyundai. After it arrived, the salesman and I noticed tree sap on the paint. They tried to remove it but there were rings noticeable on the paint even after they tried to remove it. I did not want a new car that needed a paint job. I expected a big hassle with trying to get another car without spots, but to my amazement, they when out and tried to find a replacement vehicle, but there were no 2015s available. They did find a 2016 and they swapped my 2015 for the 2016. The new car had more options that the 2015. I can't complain, just the opposite. I say thanks for doing the right thing. More

Feels like a family I first purchased a used 2007 Elantra from coastal them traded it in for a new 2013 Elantra and now I'm a proud owner of a brand new 2016 Elantra. Thi I first purchased a used 2007 Elantra from coastal them traded it in for a new 2013 Elantra and now I'm a proud owner of a brand new 2016 Elantra. This dealership and its workers are amazing. Everyone makes you feel welcome and comfortable. I've purchased 3 cars from them and I have other Hyundia dealerships closer to my home but will always make the trip to do business with these professionals. The whole team from car detailing to service to the sales and finance are just so friendly and professional. They follow up to make sure everything is ok and I even get a birthday card.
