Best ever car buying experience This is what I wrote in survey. Our experience was awesome. Wes, our salesman did a fantastic job. I had researched the car for 3 months and been to 4 This is what I wrote in survey. Our experience was awesome. Wes, our salesman did a fantastic job. I had researched the car for 3 months and been to 4 other dealers previously. Wes knew the product where others could not answer many of my questions. We dealt over the phone due to dealer being 60 miles away. Every other time with long distance dealers, something changed when I went to dealer (typically pricing) which caused me not to buy. EVERYTHING was as Wes told me. After our discussion to confirm everything was as they had told me I bought the car, took about 15 minutes; whereas I was in other dealers for 2 hrs with no resolve. He was prompt in calling me back when he had to review our deal and really praised his dealership as a family run operation, where they took care of their team, something I don't think I've heard elsewhere. There was a flaw in the steering wheel leather. Wes insisted we not take car home. He said he wanted our car to be perfect when we received it. They gave us a loaner (G-80 appreciated) and DELIVERED our car to our home (60 miles away) which was repaired perfectly.Also need to praise Joseph. He was the individual who set up our Genesis account online at dealership when we purchased the car; he also delivered the car to us at home, again going over every detail of the car-he was great too!
