He found the car I wanted and had it delivered to the dealership. In the mean time hurricane Matthew is brewing and due to hit us. I couldn't take delivery 2 days in a row due to hurricane preparation and evacuation. John was great! He stayed in touch with me and kept my new car at the dealership until the storm had passed and I returned. He even called to make sure that all was well after the hurricane passed. I would highly recommend Coastal Hyundai to family or friends for a new car purchase. I love my new car :) More

You should make sure you communicate to the customer that even though you've told them that all they need to do is d Insurance communications clarity. You should make sure you communicate to the customer that even though you've told them that all they need to do is drive off and enjoy their new car, that they still need to go to their insurance company and add their new car to a policy. Having a customer login to their insurance company to pull their insurance information and telling them that they need not worry about anything because Hyundai is handling everything for them, is misleading, especially to the new unseasoned customer who does not know all the ropes of purchasing a new vehicle. When I left Hyundai, my understanding was that Coastal Hyundai was doing everything on my behalf including sending everything over to my insurance company. Therefore, I drove around for over a month uninsured. You really need to make it crystal clear to customers that Hyundai is NOT handling everything for them. More

My Elantra did its job a year ago, and my daughters Sonata did it's job just a couple of months ago. Working with Coastal Hyundai is always a great experience. I texted our salesman and let him know what had happened and after making sure everyone was okay, he confirmed the purchase of GAP and immediately started the claim process for us and that he was there for us when we were ready to replace the car. Our experiences at Coastal and with John Lyons have always been excellent. I will not purchase a car anywhere else. More
