I wish I was one of the lucky people that had a great car leasing experience but I didn't. I trusted and believed people & I know better. The experience in the finance dept. was the WORST and my salesperson leasing experience but I didn't. I trusted and believed people & I know better. The experience in the finance dept. was the WORST and my salesperson didn't understand/ hear my needs. The entire process was the most painful experience I have ever experienced. We always used a credit union which protected us from these types of people. I'm stuck with a car we can't afford & my husband is a disabled Vet . & I lost my job because of Covid.. NICE JOB COSTAL !!!! BTW stay clear of Jose Christina or Coy & Ashley called me saying she would be my advocate to only find out they use these methods as a tool to improve themselves... NEVER EVER AGAIN will I trust or believe car people. they have a reputation for a reason ! shame shame shame.. More

Eric was great and friendly to work with during the sale, and was extremely attentive. Original review below for reference: Sale was okay. Deal was okay. The response from the sales person after the sale, with little minor things, was not. I was told that I'd get a call back in a week about some items that were missing when I got the car (simple, little things). Whenever I've purchased a car from other dealerships, the dealership is very active to work with me. At Coastal, I get directed to my saleperson (Eric) every time I call and mention my issue. But I have not received communication from him in over a month despite me leaving texts, voicemails and messages. Honestly, feel like I was used as a sale and kicked to the side of the road. More

John Lyons was my salesman since 2011 always friendly and I feel comfortable asking him question about Hyundai up grade on 2021. which I did end up leasing 3 weeks ago. We came in to check out a used Red Hot Silverado found on Facebook. Travis came out after about 5 minutes which gave us time to look over the truck. Travis and George were able to make a great deal getting us into this truck that appeared to be an internet superstar. There’s was no arguing on dealing and made everything right for us!
