I was also assisted by Joseph Munoz in the finalization of the transaction. He was also a very pleasant and knowledgeable representative. I am happy that I visited the dealership as I was fairly convinced that I was going to acquire the Kia Niro (same hybrid drivetrain but as a small SUV) as I did not think that I would like the more sedan like Hyundai Ioniq. But after looking at it, reviewing (extensively) and then the test drive, determined that not only is is a very attractive vehicle, but the extra room, the higher mpg rating, the extra comfort was definitely what I wanted. Enjoy the car. More
