I'm in the market for a new vehicle and was communicating by email with a salesperson called John Lyons. Just look at the wording this person uses (photo attached in google reviews). After submitting an offer of $54,000, this was his email answer: "54 is still laughable on a Front wheel drive. White and beige and if somebody loses money to do that deal they are a special kind of stupid and you are the luckiest man alive. Wish you the best". If this is how they communicate by email, I can't imagine how terrible it must be to deal with this dealer. Professionalism at its best. More

So today Sunday August 20th I went to Coastal Hyuandi after passing by a seeing this White Jeep Grand Cherokee parked up front for sale and was interested in taking a look at the vehicle. Upon me getting after passing by a seeing this White Jeep Grand Cherokee parked up front for sale and was interested in taking a look at the vehicle. Upon me getting there I was greeted by an older gentleman named Bill who was the sales man and I explained I was interested in the Jeep and wanted to know more about the vehicle instead he expressed how they were closed and wasn’t willing to give me anymore information. I had even asked for the price of the vehicle when he proceeded to tell me the vehicle was selling for closeTo $50,000 when I had expressed how that was high for a 2018 Jeep with 41,000 miles on it. Bill then proceeded to become very argumentative and told me how they were closed and I could come back the xxxx tomorrow and walked away. I stated out loud I would not be spoken to like that and I wanted a manager immediately Bill then chose to turn back around getting loud and getting in my face. Finally he walked inside and asked his manager to walk out which is when I was greeted by Tj the store manager I had explained the concerns and he had informed me that’s not accurate and upon him looking the Jeep online he informed me it was selling for $29,734 but Bill told me close to $50,000 so almost a $20,000 difference in price. I had explained the way Bill became and how unprofessional it was and completely uncalled for. I’m beyond disgusted the way I was spoken too and the way I was treated. More
Well, again not receiving any response from the Coastal service department after sending in a question via their website regarding the ISG on our 2020 Santa Fe. I gave them the benefit of the doubt after receiving mixed messages months back, but again their lack of a timely response seems to be the norm from them. The ISG on our santa fe works sporadically. According to Coastal, it should not work if the battery charge is less than 70%. This is the same problem we had months back and could not get a straight answer. Coastal refuses to replace the battery even though the suv is less than 3 years old, it is not sufficient to power the ISG, and the diagnosis appears to be questionable. We've been in FL less than 5 years and have purchased 2 cars from coastal. You would think they might treat us a little better. Makes us question there service department at coastal. More
Coastal Hyundai is a FIRST Class operation. We just got home with our 2019 Hyundai Tucson and absolutely love it! James Edobar was our salesman. And will be our salesman from here on out. This review is only applicable to the last purchase. Bought 3 new cars from Coastal Hyundai. Dealing with the sales and financial department buying the first 2 cars was a very pleasant experience. Dealing with the sales department and the General Manager was completely an opposite experience. Although we bought the third car from Costal Hyundai we will never return. We have very good experience with the Hyundai cars and will probably buy one again, however not from Coastal Hyundai. Should anybody at Coastal Hyundai read this please ask the General Manager not to send us anymore Flyers, Mail, offer to buy our car, etc. This request only pertains to Coastal Hyundai. More
Called for service and after ringing about ten times I got a recording that said, "GOODBYE". I immediately called back hardly believing my ears and once again asked the operator for service. I called back again and explained what happened to the operator and asked for the manager. She stated that there was no manager at the store as he was at their other location, Cocoa Hyundai, and that service was simply too busy to answer. I was re-explaining the situation that had just happened to me when she hung up on me mid sentence. I called Cocoa Hyundai and was immediately put on hold without getting a word out. After on hold for three minutes I called back and asked for Sean Sanger while she was telling me to hold. I guess I surprised her because she stopped talking and asked, "what"? I again asked for Sanger as their website listed him as a partner, but after about fifteen rings I received the answering machine for the receptionist. I left a message but guess what? No one called me back. So I guess both of the Hyundai stealerships in Brevard County are owned by the same people, and this is their idea of customer service. Well I'm done with Hyundai for good - back to Toyota and Honda. You can't say that you weren't warned. More
Total ripoff dealership. Received a quote online, then had the salesman, Brandon Poore tell me that was wrong and adds on another $5k to the price for market availability. Do yourself a favor and find another Hyundai dealership I would never shop at ANY Coastal dealership and tell everyone I know to do the same. More
