This dealership is by no means perfect. They are very busy quite often and the wait is often longer than I like. For the most part they get the work needed to be done right the first time. I don't know what happened to this Dealership in the past 3 years, but it has DEFINATELY taken a fall in ratings! BEWARE when asking to have a recall repair addressed. If you fail to ask for it by the "proper COMPANY name" you may be told that there is no recall; then get charged for the repair only to have to return the vehicle for the same repair under warranty; and "Oh there's a recall that addresses that issue". To have the recall letter in hand only to be told that the recall does not exist is a direct insult. More

We were trying to buy with cash. $12K or higher...no attempts at realistic negotiations. Would NEVER go back and will try to discourage everyone I know from dealing with these arrogant crooks!! More

Very nice store, big selection and inventory but a little impersonal since it was so busy. Very much a 'big outlet store' feeling. I'm not sure if they they deal with customers, they didn't seem to with me and claimed accent was too valuable and tried to charge over msrp for the car. I got a car elsewhere under msrp plus discounts... Overall a fair time with these guys, but disappointing when it came to price. More
