can't get my title bought a 2017 Mercedes 97k they delivered car all ok.gm told me title will take 4-6 weeks after 4 wks I called they said they sent packet out with pur bought a 2017 Mercedes 97k they delivered car all ok.gm told me title will take 4-6 weeks after 4 wks I called they said they sent packet out with purchase papers and the title. but there was no title when I brought it to there attention they told me they have to get duplicate from ca.they claim it was in the packet and I misplaced it xx not so.well now its over 7weeks no title I will get a lawyer and sue this dealership.they are great until they get your money.i had 2 friends interested in a car for a 100k but when they heard title story they backed off.beware if the deal looks to good its usually a bad deal.i am in the process of calling better bus bureau and the Indiana att. general. I have called Mercedes Benz in ca.to see if they have pulled this stunt before. More

Very Patient, Low Pressure, Personable Salesman This week I went to Coast to Coast looking to upgrade our family convertible. I had been looking at Mercedes E class and BMW 3 series convertibles on This week I went to Coast to Coast looking to upgrade our family convertible. I had been looking at Mercedes E class and BMW 3 series convertibles online. I came on to the lot and did the usual looking around. Ty came out and asked if I knew what I was looking for and how he could help. We spent the better part of an hour with a black BMW and Mercedes doing a side by side comparison. He even got to play the roll of my teenage daughter and compare rear leg room. I went home to ponder the two cars and somehow the discussion with my wife and kids (who were out of state) led to new plans... a boat. Despite not getting either of these cars I wanted to share my experience at Coast to Coast (which was my first). Readers should know I found the staff to be low pressure, helpful, and eager to help when prompted. Additionally, the prices were very reasonable, and the quality of the cars were above average (this place is not your average "used car" dealership). Would not recommend Bought a Jeep from coast to coast imports. Bought warranty with it 30 days to cancel if I change my mind. We traded the vehicle off for a different vehicle because we felt this one had issues we try to contact them they were rude and did not want to talk to us it took four weeks before they would let us know anything about our refund or warranty. They will not always tell the truth I purchased a late model luxury car from them about a year ago. They were very nice to deal with, however when they say the car was completely gone ov I purchased a late model luxury car from them about a year ago. They were very nice to deal with, however when they say the car was completely gone over to make sure that it was up to date on all service, don't believe them. The car I bought was 15 months old with about 17000 miles on it. They said all service was up to date, however when I took it to the dealer for a warranty item, they showed me the oil which was extremely dirty and the service records, which indicated that the oil had never been changed since the car was new. I also got a nail in one tire and when I went to the tire store, they showed me that the tires were splitting at the seams. Fortunately the tire store go the tires warrantied. If you are going to deal with them, do your due diligence and answer your own questions. They are only interested in getting the inventory out the door. Since I purchased the car I have not had any follow up from the dealer. I did not complain to the dealer about these issues, because I would not trust them to resolve them in a professional manner.
