New customer - Great purchasing experience I found a low mileage, '17, C63 online that I was interested in. I dropped in the dealership and was greeted by Jay Bechara who showed me the car an I found a low mileage, '17, C63 online that I was interested in. I dropped in the dealership and was greeted by Jay Bechara who showed me the car and actually arranged with Coast to Coast to allow me to take the car one morning to a 3rd party mechanic of my choice to have a pre-purchase inspection completed. Jay was very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful during the process. After the inspection I was able to come to and make an informed offer. I reach an equitable priced agreement with Coast to Coast and I bought the car that day. The purchase process, obtaining financing and signing of paperwork was made easy as well, maybe taking an hour at most. I arranged to pick up the car the following day. The online ad stated the car had keyless start which when driving the car I had to use a key. I mentioned this to Jay and he made sure the car had the keyless button insert that was promised in the ad. Overall I found the experience dealing with both Coast to Coast and Jay Bechara painless and pleasant. They have a nice selection of high end, low mileage, used European automobiles. If I am ever in the market again for a slightly used, high end vehicle, I would not hesitate to call Jay and look at Coast to Coast once more. I'm enjoying the C63. It's a pleasure to drive. More
