Great vehicle, poor customer service and integrity. Addison, Lowery, Bill did not honor the $200 IOU reimbursement on interior smudges even after 5 email reminders. They totally ignored the agreement that we signed on. They eagerly replied to my emails when the deal was being worked out however but were no shows on their follow-through promises. Also, when you purchase a classy/expensive 500LC (or any car for that matter), you expect a full tank of gas when driving it off the lot; we had to request this. $200 is not a lot of money and not really the issue, it's more of the principle of the matter. Disappointed. Avoid any IOUs, make sure the credits are accounted for on the spot. Txs More

I would only recommend this dealer for the selection of cars and the prices. I was looking to purchase a Audi A8 from out of state and was given the run around after approval about how to make the down pay cars and the prices. I told them nevermind I don’t want the vehicle anymore the process is to complicated and the begged me to change my mind and did other stuff to compliment the disagreements i was having with the whole process. So eventually I accepted the offer and everything seemed fine until it was time for me to go to the dmv where i live to get my tags title and registration taken care of only to find out that i have to pay out my pocket the sales taxes and everything else. Im highly upset a bunch of scammers only recommendations are for the vehicle selection and the buying process is rediculous More
