Buyer be ware! Purchased a Mercedes Benz SL550 2016 was told it still had factory warranty with it. The car had a seat problem so after purchasing the car I took it Purchased a Mercedes Benz SL550 2016 was told it still had factory warranty with it. The car had a seat problem so after purchasing the car I took it to my local Mercedes Benz dealer only to find out the car had 2012 scrapyard seatbelts in it that we’re corroded. My local Mercedes Benz dealer said if I didn’t replace the seatbelts they would have to void the warranty do to the car being unsafe. I contacted the dealer several times to get the problem resolved and all I received was the run around. Wouldn’t return a phone call, said they inspected the car before they sold it to me. My local Mercedes Dealer said if “they inspected the car they didn’t open the doors”. Total cost to fix all the problems $4500, I requested them to pay the $2500 to put the correct/safe seatbelts in and they said they would check with the owner who was out of town. They made promises of calling me back and never did. Be careful if you buy a car from this dealership, they don’t deliver what they tell you and do not trust their claim of “inspecting” the cars before you purchase. More
