I worked for our local Mercedes Benz dealership before health issues prevented me from working any longer. I’ve been looking to replace the Mercedes ML550 that was totaled for over a year. I was looking for specific options and color combos including the leather option. So many that we looked at were far from the “excellent” condition that was described. This was certainly an outstanding used vehicle. Neighbors even thought it was brand new. Now for the administration part.....something that I would rather go see the dentist than to work with the games that are played so many times in car buying. Well I can tell you it that this too went smoothly. We arrived at 6pm on Friday night ( didn’t realize that they weren’t there til 7 on Fridays). It wasn’t a problem as we we greeted with a smile. As soon I saw the vehicle I told the salesman that I would take it. ( Had already checked the history). Jay insisted that I drive it despite they were closed. He wanted me to be happy Jay, Addison and Ty were an great team and will certainly refer to them. Jay even called the next day to see if we got back safely and pleased with the car. More

They work hard to get you what you want! I had the pleasure of workin with Jay Bechara. Let me tell you now I was upside down in my previous car. Excellent customer service Jay was extremely helpful in turning the car around super fast since it had just arrived on the lot, but we wanted it the same day.
