Worst dealership ever. Sold me a BMW X5, over the internet, with a $5000 hidden defect, mismatched tires, corroded and warped brake rotors, and corroded and stripped rear alignment bolts. It had low internet, with a $5000 hidden defect, mismatched tires, corroded and warped brake rotors, and corroded and stripped rear alignment bolts. It had low mileage, so I believed C2C's representation that the car had been inspected and was in good condition, big mistake! They either did not inspect it at all, or knowingly sold it with the drive train issue. I believe they know how to get cars with serious problems, but inexplicably clean car fax reports, and sell them without any quality checks. The extended warranty C2C sold me denied the drive train claim, saying it was a preexisting condition. The GM at C2C said the problem was an "Act of God." I was forced to fight with them to get a partial contribution toward the $5000 repair bill, and a refund of the premium on the worthless extended service contract. BUYER BEWARE! C2C is the worst of all worlds in auto dealerships. More

Jay was personable, knowledgeable, polite, and genuine, which goes a long was a customer. Our vehicle was missing a remote start button and Jay made sure we would have one if we ended up purchasing the vehicle, even offering to take out his own from his personal vehicle for us if need be! From warming up the car in freezing weather, to proving free waters, to being completely honest about the vehicle we were looking into, Jay was always there for us and for this we will always consider Coast to Coast in future vehicle transactions. We agreed t WILL NOT HONOR THEIR OFFERS IN WRITING We found a 2016 Land Rover LR4 HSE through CarGuru and contacted the dealer to negotiate pricing. We agreed to pay $500 under the asking price of the new vehicle and agreed upon a trade in value for our car. The deal was emailed to me by Steve, a sales manager, per my request. I wanted to avoid any misunderstandings prior to obtaining a certified check, taking 2 days off my job, hiring someone to manage our business, hiring a sitter, booking a hotel and driving the 7 hour distance to the dealership to finalize the deal. The only contingency was that our trade in had to pass their inspection and we had to agree we still wanted the new 2016 upon test drive. We made the trip, both cars were inspected and confirmed to be in good condition to proceed with the sale. Then, we were stalled for 90 minutes to eventually be informed by a different sales manager, Ty, that the original deal by Steve would not be honored in terms of the trade in value of our car. They would give us $3000 less than originally agreed upon for our car. They admitted that nothing was wrong with our 2012 other than it needed new tires. Steve was unavailable by phone and not on the premises. We sat through manager Ty and salesman Grant’s dance of good cop-bad cop antics before we were offered $2500 less for our car as we walked out of the business infuriated. We received a phone call within 10 minutes of leaving. That offer came up to $1500 less than originally agreed ----proving our suspicion that this was all a tactic to get the most money they can in spite of an agreement in WRITING. We decided to wait until the next morning when manager Steve would be available for clarification and hoped that they would do the right thing. We were stalled again for another 90 minutes before another manager called to explain that Steve had calculated the trade in offer for our car based on the wrong model. We have a base model and he figured it on an HSE model. Coast to Coast had our VIN number and we actually discussed the fact my car was a base model verbally during the original negotiation. So, that claim is unbelievable. But, they did admit it was their mistake. Per the manager, they wouldn’t be able to make enough money on our trade in. (they were practically getting full asking price on new car). He claimed they had tried to give us a fair deal and he would waive the processing fee. The processing fee had magically increased too, by the way. BUT, THEY REFUSED TO HONOR A DEAL IN WRITING BY ONE OF THEIR MANAGERS. We believe they intentionally lured us to the dealership on a phony offer with the intent to get more money all along. We had already negotiated away these same offers on our trade in before leaving home. They assumed we would be willing to pay more if we made the long trip. If the mistake did actually happen as they claim, that should NEVER be the customer’s expense to bear. Reputable businesses cover their mistakes and honor their promises. We could not do business under these circumstances regardless of our lost vacation time and great monetary expense at that point. Our experience was incredibly shady, insulting and negligent. We were shocked at the deceit and/or lack of accountability by such a large dealer of high end cars. So, we are making it our mission to inform everyone we can. YOU CANNOT TRUST ANYTHING IN WRITING WITH THIS COMPANY. More
