Great Experience I visited Coast To Coast in October to see about an Audi Q7. After some pleasant email exchanges with Lauren, I stopped in and was warmly greeted by J I visited Coast To Coast in October to see about an Audi Q7. After some pleasant email exchanges with Lauren, I stopped in and was warmly greeted by Jay. I spent a great deal of the day with Jay. He was fantastic. A no pressure sales person who understands his cars and works to understand his customer’s needs. That Q7 was beautiful and Jay and Addison (finance) worked hard to get us a good deal. They were successful, but unfortunately that just wasn’t the right car for us at the time. Even though we didn’t buy a car from Coast To Coast, the service we received and their selection of cars were so impressive that I wouldn’t hesitate to shop there again or to recommend them. More

Jay Bechara at Coast to Coast was awesome! I live in Cincinnati and saw a car on line I was interested in. Jay responded immediately and actually went out and took a detailed video of the car and sent it to me. 2 days later I own the car!!! I had a trade in - I was very happy with what they gave me for my car. Jay spent a lot of time showing us all the details on our new car. The entire process from beginning to driving away was quick and easy. We will definitely go back for future car purchases - their inventory is amazing!!! More

First and foremost I always find that dealing with car salespeople to be unpleasant to me and I have read mixed reviews on Coast to Coast. Here was my experience....I test drove a Mercedes AMG two weeks a salespeople to be unpleasant to me and I have read mixed reviews on Coast to Coast. Here was my experience....I test drove a Mercedes AMG two weeks ago with Stephen Turner Co Sales Manager who was a very low key and very likable guy. I made a second appointment with Stephen to look at the AMG yesterday but when I got there Stephen was off for the day. However, Stephen had arranged for Jay Bechara who is a sales consultant to show me the AMG. Jay was also a personable guy and he had a commanding knowledge of the functionality of the AMG. Jay went on to say that I could call him anytime of the day, any day, if I had questions about anything on the AMG. When we got down to negotiating, Jay and the other Co Sales manager Ty Lowery were very courteous and we arrived at a price which I was satisfied with. Since this is/was my first time dealing with Coast to Coast the question will be how will they perform when it comes to service which I’m hopeful the experience will be as good as it was with the sales process. We had visited two other dealerships that same day and after walking their lots without anyone even saying hello, we arrived at the Fishers location. We were soon greeted by Jay B. with a genuine smile and handshake. Without any pressuring sales pitch, he listened to what we were interested in seeing, provided us with no non-sense information and a good look at the cars we requested. An hour later we left with a very good deal and very happy with our purchase. Every person we dealt with was very respectful, polite, and welcoming. Jay answered all our questions, applied no pressure, didn't waste our time, and was straight forward and a pleasure to deal with. Probably one of the best car buying experiences we’ve had. We will be back to see him again for our next purchase. More
