Ihsan was easy to work with I came by twice in one day to test-drive the same car and Ihsan was very helpful both times, it was super-easy to arrange the drive. He got the service department to fix a small issue with the rear door on our car right away, and we were happy to purchase it on the third visit. We didn't ask a ton of questions but he was happy to answer them all and we drove away happy with the car. Special COVID-19-era footnote: Ihsan was respectfully masked up the whole time we interacted, not just indoors (as per governor's orders) but outdoors and around the car as well. We appreciated that. Great Salesman - Could be better management Jay Bechara was our salesman at Coast to Coast. We have no isseus with Jay and really enjoyed working with him. Unfortunetly we had one snag wit Jay Bechara was our salesman at Coast to Coast. We have no isseus with Jay and really enjoyed working with him. Unfortunetly we had one snag with the process. The car was missing a key feature(Heated Seats) that was advertised when we purchased the car. Unfortunetly we did not realize this until we got home and likely would not have purchased the car without this feature. We were from Ohio so we would not have even made the trip had the car been advertised correctly. After some back and forth the dealership finally agreed to install the heated seats as advertised at no charge. However, originally the dealership management only offered one seat which was not acceptable. That is why I give the 4 star review. Management should have provded the addition without the hassle and low-ball. Another smaller issue when the seats were installed was a fuse for the wideshield wipers were removed. I also had to resolve that as well. Overall we are pleased but are dinging the dealership some for the customer service with regards to handling the seat issue.
