Poor updates and communication …oil change scheduled 9 am, at 3:30 pm called to find out why car was not ready ( requested check engine light in advance of appt). Call went to voice mail..called again use am, at 3:30 pm called to find out why car was not ready ( requested check engine light in advance of appt). Call went to voice mail..called again used operator to find someone available..finally reached a live body, only to be asked if I could leave car overnight! Stated I need my car for work, and if it wasn’t checked yet, then forget it, man from service told me it can take many hours to run a check engine light..that may be accurate, but 6 hours? Well, that’s a bit off. Advisor returned my call stated I could pick up my car in 1 hr, and went over findings. Simple updates during the 6 hr waiting period would have been appreciated. A 6 hr check engine service was completely inappropriate, we won’t return More
