He was also able to get me a loaner vehicle which I needed as the new part for the seat frame took several days to arrive. I appreciate his level of commitment to the customer. Maintenance Bill in the service department is the best. He is very thorough when explaining everything to me. His customer service skills are fantastic. I was disappointed however with the finance person I spoke with when trying to get prices on extending my maintenance warranty. The prices were over exaggerated and the person I was speaking with about this jumped back and forth from the warranties he was explaining which was very confusing. Additionally, any question I asked he was very short with me. I was quoted $750 up front for an extended 2 year maintenance warranty when I originally paid about $400. It would be cheaper to pay out of pocket. Also I was quoted $3000 to be paid up front for a 2 year electrical maintenance warranty. More
