Several staff members were very helpful and pleasant from the time I entered the office until the day I picked up the repaired car. Please read before going to this dealership for service. Absolutely the worst communication on your vehicle while being serviced and unprofessional service manager I’ve ever talked with. I brought my vehicl Absolutely the worst communication on your vehicle while being serviced and unprofessional service manager I’ve ever talked with. I brought my vehicle in for service at 8am on a Tuesday. It needed an oil change and I had a few other issues I wanted checked. Took 2 days to diagnose the vehicle and me calling several times with my advisor screening calls instead of calling to give updates. Wednesday I spoke with her she was finally calling the warranty company and asked her to please call me back. Never a call back. I waited till Friday at noon to call with 4 failed attempts. After my meeting I call back at 4:30 - 4:45 and she’s gone for the day. I ask for anyone that can actually give me some insight into my vehicle that has been there for 4 days already. I speak with a man named Bill. Talking with someone that doesn’t want to be bothered he tells me they are just waiting for approval now. I should call the warranty company myself and maybe they’ll expedite it because I’m the policy owner. I call the warranty company 5p on Friday and they told me it’s been approved and sent back waiting for the dealership to reply when they are starting the work. I call back Bill with this information and he says he’ll leave a note for my advisor. Monday I call my advisor again at 1p to see what’s going on with my vehicle and she had no idea of my phone call with Bill and the warranty company giving the go ahead. She was call them to get going. I again asked to please call me back and let me know when they should be expecting to have my vehicle done. I waited till 4:30 and still no call from her. I call and she said it’s going to be a few days before they get the parts. I was very aggravated at this point a week now with not even parts ordered to fix my vehicle. I waited to call the next day and speak with the Service Manager and come to find out it was Bill from Friday. I explained to him I was extremely disappointed with the lack of communication from the service department. He was very defensive and had no accountability for anything on their end. He explained to me that they don’t do anything until they get confirmation from the warranty company. I said I’ve never had any issues before with the warranty company before. I said regardless the vehicle needs to be fix so why haven’t parts been ordered. He said you can just spend $3000 to fix your car. I told him I could if I needed to fix the vehicle. He replied with then why don’t you just come down here and pay for the work and fight for reimbursement from the warranty company. I again told him I would if have too. He said let me find out what’s going on with you vehicle and I’ll call you back. I let him know I’ve heard those words before. I was shocked for a manager he doesn’t know what’s going with a vehicle that has been just sitting around his shop for a week now untouched. He calls me back 10 minutes later. And said they didn’t approve a couple things and they fought to get them covered. Big thank you again! He said it was $5000 and also repeated several times he would not release my vehicle until he had payment in hand. I told him I was get my vehicle back and asked if he was threatening me because it sounded as if he was strong arming me for payment. Then he proceeded to rant about I better hope they don’t pay with American Express because he doesn’t except it. People who use those cards get $250 steak dinners call the card to decline payment. I told him that’s how I left my deposit for my loaner and I don’t appreciate he calling me a xxxxxxx for my use of payment. Again he advised me to call my warranty company to make sure they’ll pay. I made the call and spoke to them of my whole dilemma and the told me no worries. As soon as they request payment it’s sent within 4 hours. I pick my vehicle up Saturday and he’s nowhere to be found and it wasn’t even fully put back together. Great job on ensuring your customers are fully satis More
We were visiting Florida from West Virginia. Our 2021 Buick Enclave had a tire with a nail in it. It was losing air. When we took it in to Coadt Buick. After having it on a hoist for an hour, we asked when they were going to remove the tire. A gentleman came back and said they couldn’t fix it. We had to buy a new tire for $249. We had them take it off the rack and we left. We went to a competitor. They patched the tire and placed a liner in it free of charge! Coast Buick tried to ripe us off by not fixing it. Buyers beware of this dealership. More
I went in for service within warranty with a “service brake pad monitor” notice on my console. I was told it was fixed but the notice reappeared within five miles. Brought it back and they said they woul brake pad monitor” notice on my console. I was told it was fixed but the notice reappeared within five miles. Brought it back and they said they would replace the brake pads and sensor as the sensor is in the brake pad but they had to order the parts. Received a call from the dealer that it was not on warranty as it is maintenance. My brake pads are at 90% per Travis yet gmc will not warranty. Called GMC customer service and they said the same and said that coast GMC had offered me a discount to replace. Outright LIE! Do not trust there word. Go elsewhere! More

I have had no positive dealings with this dealership. You should run away fast. The first time I dealt with this dealership was about 4 years ago. I bought a suburban from an owner and thought who better to should run away fast. The first time I dealt with this dealership was about 4 years ago. I bought a suburban from an owner and thought who better to inspect it than the company that built them. They told me it was in great shape but suggested carbon cleaning and a transmission fluid exchange. I bought the vehicle and had them take care of the suggestions they made. Little did I know that a fluid exchange is the kiss of death for the transmission and literally had issues with the transmission the next day. They stated that it will be fine, it was just working through some of the carbon deposits. Cut to 2 weeks later and the transmission went. Long story short, they would not help me fix my vehicle they broke, the transmission shop I took it to stated that it was their fault and I had to spend $2k to rebuild the transmission. A couple weeks back, I bought tires off of an online retailer and that they have a contract with to install tires. When I call to make the appointment the service manager argues with me that that isn’t a correct price and the real price is twice what the online retailer quoted. I call up the online retailer and they said, no that is not correct and if they try to charge you more than what we quoted, you need to call us while at the dealership. I called up the dealership the day before my appointment and spoke to someone else and they must have made the service manager aware that they have a contract to follow. When my wife took my truck to get the tires installed, they were very cold to her. One of the tires were defective and they told her she had to take the tire with her and work it out with the online retailer. Again, misinformed service manager. The online retailer would have sent the tire to their location again and exchanged the tire. Instead this lead to more issues but finally got the last tire installed. Not sure how they stay in business. More
