Hector took great care of our 15 year old RX8. Hector has worked with me to resolve two problems perfectly and a 3rd (involving a dirty rat) I didn't even know about but was certainly happy to remedy. We walked across the street and had a leisurely dinner to pass the time. My wife insisted on coming along so we made the best of it. We are in our 70's and it's nice to be kept informed and updated as the mystery unfolds. I always ask for Hector. He makes himself available. Doug More

Making it happen My vehicle came in for service. My fiancée also came in to trade in his car and get a preowned Mazda. Hector was helpful regarding my service. He also My vehicle came in for service. Our purchase experience was painless and straightforward. And we love our new vehicle. After leaving, my car experiences a little side effect of my service, but the team was quick to react to the difficulties in remedying the issue as their service department would be closed for the next 36 hours. We got my vehicle back to service for inspection first thing the next business day and Robert provided me with a loaner vehicle to get to work and my children to school. All was well with my car. Hector made extra sure I was ok with how it was driving. Everything was handled with the customer in mind. What a relief! More
