It took a while to make everything work out financiallyBUT I got the Mazda 3 that I wanted. If if wasn't for Nathan and the financial department at Ed Morse who worked for days, literally, to find me a deal, I would not have my Maxda right now. No words describe the feeling of driving your own brand new car! This is the first time I have ever been allowed to drive a vehicle home so my husband and I could test drive it over night. The price for my trade was fair and the purchase for the Acadia competitive. Your dealership was able to give me several discounts by asking if I was a member in certain organizations. I was very impressed with the sales and the finance side. I must also add that the week of emails from Dave Matthews was wonderful. I came armed with info and Dave always responded promptly. Bought 2008 Buick Lucerne in early May. Great car! Only thing missing was an owners manual but I have found most things on the internet (just like finding the car). My only suggestion is that the detailers check things like... *under and between the seats *check seat belts and carpeting for soiled spots Hope to trade this car in for another in about 18 months. The people in parts were very nice and accomadating, I came in for a Key for the lug nuts on a used RX-8 I had just bought (not from them) and I was met with respect and helpfut people. They ordered the part for me with out paying ahead of time. While in the parts room, they had custom wheels on display, the parts manager lent me the book of the entire line. I came back the following Saterday and ordered a set of custom wheels, again no money out fromt. they called me when they arrived at my place of work, to let me know they were in. The people in service were just as nice, they looked up the vin # and gave me a history of the car, and inspected the entire car for any other problems or recalls that were not done. They mounted the wheels,cleaned and washed the car before bringing it back as complete. My experience there was a very good one, and I'm not the easiest person to please. Not many people buy 2 cars in one month but the level of service and the quality of the new 2011 Buick's convinced us to buy a Regal and then an Enclave. We have complete trust that we not only got the best price but we bought the best 2 cars for our family. I would highly recommend Claude Bouchard; he will patiently answer all your questions and go the extra mile for you. I would also recommend Dan Baker; he helped us decide on options, colors, style, etc. Plus he did a great job getting the cars ready for us. We love our new cars! More
