After picking out my car, I was given the option of purchasing or leasing. I decided to lease my car instead of purchasing it right now. This worked best for me since I use my car almost exclusively in my real estate business, so my company can pay the lease for me. (A definite tax advantage). I learned that the lease would cover all my maintenance and servicing for 3 years, and I could add miles to my contract if I thought I could not stay under the number I started with. I was even given the option of switching to another MAZDA if I saw another one I liked better. I can say that I have been so pleased with my car, I haven't wanted to switch, but it's nice to know that they will bend over backwards to make you happy. Leasing my car has worked out great for me. My customers enjoy riding in my beautiful, roomy, sporty car, plus I've been getting excellent mileage over the past year (29.5 mpg in town, and around 40 mpg on the road). At the end of the lease, I can purchase my car for about half of the original sticker price, or lease or buy another vehicle. I can't say enough about all the staff at ED MORSE MAZDA. Craig Smolen was so helpful and made the experience stress free. The Service Department has been great too and takes the time to answer any questions I might have. ( I've had NO problems with my car - - just routine maintenance. ) I totally recommend ED MORSE MAZDA - - from the first people you will meet when you come through the door - - to the service staff, you will not be disappointed. I stopped by to look at a car I saw on Autotrader.com and was approached by Craig, but not pressured at all. He asked me if I wanted him to get the keys and answered all my questions I had about the car. I said I would have to talk to my wife, and he gave me his card and that was it. NO PRESSURE WHATSOEVER! I returned with my wife and the negotiation went smoothly. They were willing to work with me to get to the price that I felt comfortable with. I was very happy with what I got for my car and what I paid for the car I bought. There were a few minor imperfections, afterall, it was a used car, but they fixed them to my satisfaction. After driving it a week or so, I heard a rattling, brought it back, and they fixed it no problem. Everyone I worked with was very polite, courteous, and knowledgeable. I did not feel pressure at any time. This was the only time I bought a car and did not regret it afterwards. It was a pleasure to work with you all. Thank you Craig, Bob, and Kim. More
Love My New Car,Brian Marinelli & Staff are Great from xx I just got a new car and am very happy. It is a Mazda 5 Sport and is actually a mini van. To me, it feels more like a luxury car. It has captain chairs that are very comfortable and both my husband and I use the armrests. My car has lots of room, drives smoothly, parks easily. My salesperson, Brian Marinelli is tops in my book. He is not pushy, he makes you feel important, and wants you to get what you want in a car. The whole staff has been very nice, and the lady in the backroom who does all the paperwork, Kim Davis has been especially helpful. Try out this dealership when you are looking for a new or used car. They try to please. More

BAD,BAD,BAD EXPERIENCE I was looking to purchase 2014 Mazda CX-9. My sales person was Brian Marinelli, very helpful and friendly. But his manager Mike Hennagair, what a rip- I was looking to purchase 2014 Mazda CX-9. My sales person was Brian Marinelli, very helpful and friendly. But his manager Mike Hennagair, what a rip-off. They came down on price to $32K and some change. I had my car and motorcycle for trade. For car Mike was giving me $6500 and for motorcycle $5500 plus monthly payment he gave me was $375 a month for 72 months. When I did a math car price would be $39K. What a bad and rude person that Mike is trying to rip people off. I hope that nobody has to deal with that guy, because I know for shore I am not going back to Ed Morse ever again. More

Went to Dick Norris and bought a truck the same day and got $4000 more than Ed Morse offered for the trade in. Well worth the 20 mile drive to Dick Norris. More

me and my husband went to ed morse auto plaza in port richey florida on 9/4/13 and purchased a car through a loan giving our expedition as a trade in which we owed money for it. the dealer took is as a t richey florida on 9/4/13 and purchased a car through a loan giving our expedition as a trade in which we owed money for it. the dealer took is as a trade in and we signed paper work and went on our way. throughout the first few days the loan company started calling us stating that they needed the right documentation to process the loan which that documentation was given to them on 9/4/13 we gave them everything they needed 3 weeks later they call us and tell us that the loan wasn't approved because our rent was higher then expected so we went back to the dealer and asked them to give us our expedition back they said ok but we needed to wait for the next day for them to send it back from the auction we came in the next day and it still wasn't there so they said to wait till the next following day and we did just that. before going back there we went to the dealer ship which we owed the expedition and wanted to find out how can we come to good terms again since we didn't pay the monthly because we where in the process of buying the other car and they told us that ed morse autoplaza paid them off so we go back to the ed morse dealer and speak to (Luis Belen) and he said that our expedition was there and gave us the keys I told him that the other dealer ship said ed morse dealer had paid off the expedition and he said thank you for letting him know and he walked away and spoke to his manager (Sean Walsh). they stood talking for almost 1 hour back and fourth giving us the run a round (Luis Belen) comes up to my husband and asked him for the keys to the expedition because he wanted to check the gas milage and drove the car to the back and after a long hour another salesmen (Bob Patterson)calls us to his office and tells us that the expedition belongs to them and that if we wanted it we needed to pay them 2,300.00 cash price no in house finance. we went in for a newer car we couldn't get it and wanted our car back to pay off like normal to the other dealership and they keep that one aswell and we stay without a car we don't think its fair because they needed to wait and made sure the loan went through before they did anything with the car the made mistakes and we have to pay for it I have 2 kids and they couldn't work us out a deal never in a million years I would have thought that could happen and they could get away with it. They are very unprofessional, all they want is to make money and don't care about any customer, guys be careful with this dealer specially if you have a trade in , if the loan doesn't go through they keep your car. More
