Bought a Mazda 3 with a extended warranty and the warranty didn't cover anything car only had 28k on it and water was leaking into the trunk making the whole car smell.bought a certified GMC Terrain was supposed to have 3 day exchange program, they had nothing to exchange so stuck with a truck we don't like . Also had a handshake with the sales manager David about trade in for our BMW but when we got into finance it was not the deal we shook on. Added $1100 to the price . If I didn't see the screen he wasn't gonna say anything. I have bought over 30 cars in my lifetime this is the worst dealership out of them all. Hyundai of new port richey was much btr. Still awaiting a phone call to exchange vehicle and nothing even opened a claim with gmc direct. More

My insurance company and the party's that hit me had been giving me the run around and sending me in circles for a few days, and I was at wits and, brash and straight up rude and challenging to these guys. I took all my stress and frustration out on them, but like I told them, They were absolutely wonderful. They completely understood why I was so upset and it didn't even phase them. All they wanted to do was help me to get my car back and help me to understand what I needed to do in order to make that happen. They were with me every step of the way. Mike in the body shop was so amazingly patient and nice and understanding. Where ever you find your employees do not tell anyone because they are absolutely wonderful and really do understand how stressful and frustrating these unexpected events happen, and they really want to be there every step of the way to really make you confident that they're going to take care of everything and its going to be okay. Thank you Ed More so much for fixing my car, and being the best in the area. I will only be referring people to you from now on! More
Worst business experience I went to Mazda on March 11, 2016 for service maintenance on my vehicle. In the meantime I wanted to see what I qualify for in a new car. I wanted I went to Mazda on March 11, 2016 for service maintenance on my vehicle. In the meantime I wanted to see what I qualify for in a new car. I wanted an AWD or 4WD specifically. That's when the salesman showed me a certified cx5. The salesman pulled the vehicle up on his computer it said cx5 grand touring AWD. I had called my friend, he asked the salesman if it was AWD because that is what I wanted. The salesman responded with yes, as I was looking at the computer where he had pulled up the vehicle. That day I left with the vehicle, I was told to come back Monday, March 14, 2016 so the body shop can fix the dents and to replace the interior trunk. So when I arrived, I went to the sales manager. He said that it can't be done today that I can come back Wednesday(16th) and they will give me a rental. I live 40min away. It's not a close drive. I was a little annoyed. I went on Wednesday, the sales manager wasn't there. I spoke with another man. He had no clue I was coming, the body shop was clueless, no one was prepared and had clue what I was talking about when my car was certified and the dents, trunk needs to be fixed. Very frustrating, NO COMMUNICATION between the staff. Once everything was handled, I leave with my rental and was told the car will be ready Friday (18th). I bring my friend with me who I had called on the day of the sale. I go find the sales manager, that's when my friend looks at the car and realizes it is NOT AWD, the inside trunk was just spray painted, NOT REPLACED, I can smell and see the line on spray paint. The dents were fixed but there was noticeable paint drips going down the side. It was very unacceptable, lazy, and unprofessional since I'm making a 40min trip one way. Now, the car is getting done again and won't be ready until Monday (21St). I brought it to the sales managers attention that I was told and so was my friend a couple times that this car was AWD. I asked where the car salesman is who sold me the car. He had quit. What a coincidence, I thought. The sales manager didn't seem to care at all. I drive down again Monday (21st) my car was in perfect condition now, sales manager wasn't there. Someone else helped me, gave me my car keys and he took the rental. I said to him I need to sign the certified papers. He didn't know what I was talking about, yet again, NO COMMUNICATION. I was told to come down another day, yet again, to sign the papers. I down Friday (25th) sign the 150pt checklist. I asked what he can Do about the fact I was lied to about it being AWD, the multiple trips I had to take, and that the car was done sloppy the first time around. Nothing was offered. Now, Tuesday(29th) I get a call from a salesman that I need to come down again to sign another paper for certification. I said why wasn't this ready when I was there last, I said I dealt with the sales manager, why wasn't he prepared with everything I need to sign. I told him I can't come that day. Again, Wednesday (30th) a car salesman calls me and tells me if I don't come down today and sign this paper, my car IS NOT certified. I'm Very, extremely upset and annoyed. I tell this man, if this paper was so important why didn't I sign it 2wks ago when I bought the car or even when I signed the 150pt checklist with the sales manager. I said I'm tired, I'm done, I'm not driving any more. Everything has been unprofessional, unsympathetic, no one has made up for the stress and unnecessary drives. The man said he would come to my place so I can sign it. I agreed. I asked for something, anything, to turn this extremely negative experience into something positive. What I get is an oil change. Seriously?, I paid for the oil change I did on my car that I used for a trade in THAT SAME DAY OF SALE.. I said I'm still paying technically because I never received a refund from my trade in oil change and tire rotation. This is my 3rd car I have purchased from this dealership, and my first terrible experience. I am not coming back or referring people. No one has put any effort into fixing the situation. More

Check them out thoroughly, do a car CAR CHECK, then walk away and come back a look again. They will not disclose the problems unless you identify them and then you have to include repairs in asking price or they will leverage that against your offer. I recently went to another dealer and bought a car for far less then their ballooned fees. They even over price tag fees by over $200. More

On Saturday drove the vehicle for no more than 50 miles. On Sunday morning on my way to church heard a slight tapping noise coming from the engine compartment and a rattling noise from under the vehicle. I called the service department yesterday (Monday 8/24) told them about the "noises". "Donnie" customer service rep suggested I brought the car back for inspection and diagnostic, to which I agreed. After almost a two hour wait, he (Donnie) told me I was in need of a new engine. What? The vehicle has 178,700 miles approximately and had only be serviced at a Mazda dealerships; first at Ferman Mazda of tampa on N. Florida ave -best service ever - but long since closed, and now at Ed Morse in Port Richey on highway 19 a place where I have grown to regret I have brought it. After talking to a couple of mechanics, they said that more than likely they started the engine prior to adding the new oil to it, and in order to cover their negligence, they added "honey oil" to keep the engine from producing described noises immediately after I left their lot. After destroying my vehicle and livelihood, they had the insane idea to quote me an used (rebuilt) engine for $3,832.06 and the odasity to suggest I traded my vehicle for a new 2015 Mazda 6 with them. I may lack mechanical abilities but I am not stupid. Is this how Ed Morse Mazda move their new inventory, by destroying people's property? If anyone reading this post has any suggestions as to how legally proceed against this dealership and their practices please respond to this post. I will be monitoring this review page. More

Signe Thought I was getting a really good deal. The car looked perfect. I bought a miata and was extra careful to make sure the top was in good shape. Signed the paperwork and took her home to find out that the top was damaged. It appeared someone tried to fix with sealant. I took it to a repair shop and they told me the whole top needs replacing. I have tried calling and emailing the store and they keep ignoring me. Nobody will help me whatsoever. My calls are even redirected. More

He was very friendly and had lots of patience with my questions about my 2011 Mazda RX-8. His knowledge was incredible and my experience with him would make me take my car there again in the future. This made my overall experience with this dealership a good one. Luis in service was also very helpful and it meant a lot to me that he let me communicate with the technician directly regarding my car and he was great with follow up. The only experience that was not good was having to deal with the receptionist (Mandy). She was not well trained and was unaware of the employees who work there. I had the feeling she had the job because of a connection to someone at the dealership because why would someone with her attitude be allowed to communicate with customers. First impressions can make or break a dealership. Example: When I called to talk to Sean she said no one named Sean worked there and was very rude. In fact, 4 employees with the name Sean/Shawn are employed there. I believe the receptionist is the first impression for the dealership and that part was not good impression wise to someone who might call in. I would recommend the service area and the body shop area as a few years ago they helped me with minor damage to my car. Just be sure and get extensions so you don't have to deal with the rude receptionist. Keep up the good work Sean! You and Luis made my experience a good one! More
