What A Joke! I bought a used car on Feb 22, 2017 from here. Our salesman, Howard, did his job. He is the only shining light at this dealership. We financed, close I bought a used car on Feb 22, 2017 from here. Our salesman, Howard, did his job. He is the only shining light at this dealership. We financed, closed and drove home. I get the yo-yo sales call 2 weeks later informing me they couldn't get me financed and had to come back in at a higher rate. I threatened to drop all the extras if they couldn't finance me because there was no way they would be on the new contract. I heard crickets from them! I drove up there 2 days later and waited for the finance person to get into the office 1/2 hour after they opened. The finance person was quick to inform me they got the deal done at the initial rate but never bothered to call me to inform me of this. Two weeks go by and my temp tag expires. I call the dealership and was directed to the local HQ in Tampa. They never responded to my calls so I call Howard. He finds the answer but my tag isn't going to arrive before the temp expires. Let me talk about the car. They had it on the lot for two weeks and never washed it. The car was not detailed even after purchasing it. Dirt under the hood and trunk lids, smudged all over the display, Just a mess! Good thing I have a son to do what this dealership wouldn't do. I'd never go back to this dealership. I'll warn everybody to stay far away from it. It's a joke. A buy-here pay-here gives better customer service, detailing, and buying experience than this two-bit, poorly run, disorganized dealership. Howard was great though! More

ED MORSE Service We have a Suzuki that had a recall and Ed Morse is the only authorized dealer in our area. The response to a recall for a vehicle that is no longer so We have a Suzuki that had a recall and Ed Morse is the only authorized dealer in our area. The response to a recall for a vehicle that is no longer sold in this country was wonderful. They had to order the replacement parts and they did and installed them at my convenience. Everyone was pleasant and friendly. More
