I went back to the dealership to get them refunded and it has been several weeks and I still have not been refunded despite having paperwork for their cancellation. The finance company said I should have been refunded within a few days. I've contacted the local authorities who say they believe something is highly irregular about the behavior of the dealership personnel and is investigating the matter. More
