Good Service I always feel good when I go to Ed Morse Mazda in Port Richey. My service manager, Hector Collazo, knows my name. Bill in the service department took my call and said they were booked, but if I could wait, he would make it happen. When I arrived, he immediately took me in and service technician Nick took my truck. I was pointed me to the customer lounge area where I found beverages and warm cookies! Thank you Bill Hill!! I also found my way to the parts area where I found a nice GMC baseball cap. Nicki in sales was great too. So grateful for them all More

Brian Marinelli sold me my first SUV and it was reassuring to work with him again, because I knew he would give me the "Bottom Line" with little or no haseling, not to mention how thorough and truly caring he was/is. He thought of everything to make purchasing a new car as easy as possible from offering something to drink and snack on to talking up the SUV and sale without pressuring me into anything. He just has a way about it. The manager was extremely friendly and also reassuring. I also knew I was getting a great automobile/SUV because of my previous car and I checked four other dealerships before I finally settled on Mazda. I went to Hyundai, Nissan, Buick and Ford. The Finance officer Bert (Umberto) was so knowlegable about all aspects of finance. As a matter of fact, I have never before purchased an extended warranty, but the way Bert presented it, I just went for it. The most tiresome part of buying a car is waiting for and signing all of the paperwork. Brian got his paperwork done as soon as he could, so he could get us into seeing Burt. It was an awful lot of paperwork, but Burt was the best. I could not have received a better experience buying a car at any other dealership. More
