A bad situation made right. After having body work done elsewhere, found that they messed up the lights. From the get go Cathy was wonderful. Cathy offered a ride home, however I live quite far. She checked and found that a loaner would be available in a little while if I didn't mind waiting. I was there all morning, so what was one more hour? Every one was so friendly and accomodating. Yes, it was a little more expensive, but at least the work was done right. More
