Tayler in the internet sales division was so helpful, we spoke over the phone several times while I was on my way to the dealership. She saved the day after my husband and I travelled down to Tampa to purchase a car from another dealership but when we got there they sold it even though we had put a hold on it! We were furious but we called and Tayler found us the car we wanted that was listed on the Ed Morse website. We drove right up to Port Richey to buy it! Chris and James were friendly and helpful, they weren't pushy and explained everything very well to a couple of first time car buyers! Everyone there was great, I felt at ease and it made for the best car buying experience ever. I highly recommend this dealership! Their prices are great and their people are even better. Truck brakes, oil change, fluid change, sensor work, seat Bill was very responsive and very helpful with getting me information on what was needed with my truck and was able to get as much covered as possible Bill was very responsive and very helpful with getting me information on what was needed with my truck and was able to get as much covered as possible with the warranty I had. He was also able to get me a loaner vehicle which I needed as the new part for the seat frame took several days to arrive. I appreciate his level of commitment to the customer. Cashier was also very nice and helpful, I had to come after work one night to get the loaner vehicle and she was very nice and helpful. More

Maintenance Bill in the service department is the best. He is very thorough when explaining everything to me. His customer service skills are fantastic. I was disappointed however with the finance person I spoke with when trying to get prices on extending my maintenance warranty. The prices were over exaggerated and the person I was speaking with about this jumped back and forth from the warranties he was explaining which was very confusing. Additionally, any question I asked he was very short with me. I was quoted $750 up front for an extended 2 year maintenance warranty when I originally paid about $400. It would be cheaper to pay out of pocket. Also I was quoted $3000 to be paid up front for a 2 year electrical maintenance warranty. More
