please go anywhere else offered a lower price on a vehicle,they responded that the price doesn't change...they don't haggle...2 days later the price lowered almost to what I offered a lower price on a vehicle,they responded that the price doesn't change...they don't haggle...2 days later the price lowered almost to what I had offered, then a week later it was at the price I offered,then ended up even lower...come on guys..i think the salesman was brian, feel very bad for him losing out on a sale...would never go back,obviously. then I called corporate headquarters, talked with someone who in turn got ed morse to call me back and asked if I wanted to purchase the vehicle since it was at a lower price...lol More

Vehicle stolen My name is Sheri Herberholz. Ed Morse in Port Richey STOLE my leased car! The car had been in 12 times for repair. The car kept losing power! The last My name is Sheri Herberholz. Ed Morse in Port Richey STOLE my leased car! The car had been in 12 times for repair. The car kept losing power! The last time was about six weeks ago on the freeway. I had the convertible top down. My little 7 year old grand daughter was in the back. THE CAR DIED! AGAIN! A semi behind us nearly killed us! The cars behind him were going every which directions. Horns blasting. My granddaughter has nightmares over this! I got the car back to Ed Morse Buick in Port Richey. It was a super busy sales day. No one really had time for me. I went into Terry Badards office (the manager) and he told me to give him the key and he would park it out back and we'd fiqure it out. He then said "we will" lease you another one. Give us another $4500 down and the payments will only go from $450 to nearly $700. I said that won't work. I also said (like I had a million times before) that the car is never to be sold! I said I would buy it out right before it ever tortured anyone else. That car is going to kill someone. I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING! I was then told to go have a free hot dog! It was truly unprofessional. My husband picked me up. When I went to make the payment (#31)on schedule. I was told the account was closed and the car had been sold! I am furious. That car never should have been sold! EVER! It was my car. I did nothing different this time leaving the car that I havn't done every other single time. Now I received a bill for $2747 for a early lease return! Unbelievable. When I went into the dealership yesterday I was told by the GM that there is nothing I can do. The car is sold and gone. He said it was at GM Financials request. I spent a hour talking to GM financial. They say it was sold by ED MORSE as a abandoned car. And yet I have 26 calls, emails and letters that I had sent out about my car in Sept alone seeking assistance. That certainly does not seem like abandoment! That car was mine! Ed Morse Buick, specificlly Terry Bedard stoled my car!. In his office yesterday I asked to see all this "paperwork" that they said I filled out to the BBB. He disappeared for about 20 min and came back with ONE document. And guess what ITS NOT MY SIGNATURE! Any ideas how to solve this mess? I certainly do not deserve to be billed $2747 for a car that they had no right to sell. But also I need to let the new owner of that vehicle know before they get killed in that car. More

Disorganized rude and really sketchy If I could rate it lower I would. Where do I start so the first thing is they sneak a theft protection fee into the contract for 450.00. It doesn't stop there they won't remove it despite they don't disclose it via true car or any place else. The finance guy openly argues with customers and really it was quite embarrassing. Beware they will not haggle even over a few hundred dollars even though they are not a no haggle dealer. Funny the car we had an appointment to look at was lost? Yup lost it took almost 2 hours to find it. Do your self a favor and go some place else. We bought the car and before signing noticed the fender well was separated from the fender and bumper cover. Asked to have it fixed and they refused and said they don't stock the pins. If you want to be nickel and dimed to death go here otherwise run away. This was the fourth dealer we went to in the past week none were as bad and we would have walked away but the car was a find for us and close by. Don't buy one there if you can help it they stand for nothing and might as well be a buy here pay here lot. Very disorganized and flat out rude at times run away fast! More

Stress free This was my first experience with this dealership, and this is the first time that I see a hands-on service manager. From the moment that I got there This was my first experience with this dealership, and this is the first time that I see a hands-on service manager. From the moment that I got there, Hector got out and starting checking the car and even showing me the condition of the filters, or items that do not need to be changed or addressed since they were in good condition. Great service! Will come back again, with the understanding that they are trustworthy and will not make me do services that are not needed. Thank YOU, Hector!!! More
