Ed Morse Mazda's team has been helpful, professional and patient. We drove almost an hour, by-passing a closer dealership, and have never regretted the decision to use Ed Morse Mazda. One issue, I wish your team had erased all saved settings for seat, radio stations, and phone pairing system on the 2019 Mazda 3. I can't get MY info set, I guess the two hours it will take me to drive there and back is unavoidable, and unfortunately should have been unnecessary. Thank you all, Madelyn McM More

Wonderful Experience Chris Sims, my salesman, was knowledgeable, upbeat, kind, funny, and concerned that I get the best deal possible. He smoothed the way for Howard, the Chris Sims, my salesman, was knowledgeable, upbeat, kind, funny, and concerned that I get the best deal possible. He smoothed the way for Howard, the finance guy, to obtain a very low-interest rate for me, and for the manager to give me a reasonable trade-in amount AND a loyalty rebate. He introduced me to those people and to the service manager. Chris made purchasing my CX-30 a no-stress, smooth experience, and he even ordered and bought me lunch and also gave me a blingy pen! I highly recommend the whole Ed Morse dealership, and especially Chris, to anyone buying a new car. More

Our experience with this dealership was fantastic and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Our first experience purchasing a vehicle we found on line. Dave Larson was would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a used vehicle. Our first experience purchasing a vehicle we found on line. Dave Larson was our first point of contact, he promptly responded to our inquiring and discussed how the process would work if we chose to purchase the vehicle. After receiving three very detailed videos of the vehicle and several conversations with Dave, we decided to make the purchase. We found Dave to be very helpful during the process. After we made our decision, Dave transferred us to a very nice salesman Chris Sims to handle the preliminary work and to take care of the paperwork. Chris was very helpful in answering all of our questions and working with us to finalize the deal. We hired a transport company to transport the vehicle to our home 800 miles away. Chris kept us informed of when the vehicle was picked up and made sure to send all of our copies of our paper work promptly. DEFINITELY A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE! More
Poor customer service and very deceitful We purchased a CERTIFIED 2014 Buick Encore. There was no negotiation of the price. We plunked down $4K and financed the rest.We even bought extended We purchased a CERTIFIED 2014 Buick Encore. There was no negotiation of the price. We plunked down $4K and financed the rest.We even bought extended warranties. The saleman, Chris Sims, kept stating to look at the CarFax. Such a great car! After all the paperwork was processed and we were preparing to leave with the car, we were handed ONE key. This is a CERTIFIED car, right? Why only one key? We were told it would be $200 for another key. All of a sudden there is this attitude. "After all, it is a USED car". A little non-plussed, we went home. The more we thought about this ONE key, the angrier we got. My husband had a few go-rounds with various level of management. No satisfaction. If a CERTIFIED used car is supposed to be as good as new, why not two keys? One day, while I was washing the car, I happened to notice there was a slight difference in color on the front passenger door. There was also paint overspray on the inside of the door. Clearly there had been some damage. The passenger mirror was also slightly tweaked and had a lot of touch up paint (that was cracking) at the place where hold the two part together. We never bothered to go back to them to dispute this. It had been a few month since we purchased the car. I received a call from Mo. I am sure his call was sales motivated. I told him about the problems we had and that we would never come back to that dealership. He promised that something would be done. Never heard from him again. We traded it in at another dealer and bought a new Buick Terrain. Ed Morse GMC has no integrity. They turn their backs on their customers immediately after the sale. STAY AWAY! DON'T GET RIPPED OFF!!! More
