All employees act mad and act as customer is a burden to speak to. I was told i was a lying when i told them i only wanted a oil and filter change only before i had my car serviced. I bought my tires at sams and all rotation is done at sams. I will never buy another car at coad. I love toyota but hate coad. i will gladly drive to popular bluff or St louis for my next toyota. Since they have no new cars to sell, they have to try to steal through their service dept.
