Coad Toyota

After searching the official Toyota website, I knew what I wanted and saw that it would be available at Coad. Unfortunately, another buyer beat me to the purchase. Coad’s Bus. Dev. Coord. (Tierra F.) called I wanted and saw that it would be available at Coad. Unfortunately, another buyer beat me to the purchase. Coad’s Bus. Dev. Coord. (Tierra F.) called to inform me the car was sold, but she had researched and found the closest available match. The following day I met with sales consultant Jeff Grim. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable about cars. After my test drive, Jeff patiently demonstrated all of the car’s bells and whistles. Tierra had steered me toward an almost perfect (99%) match. [That’s a magic trick in 2023 if you are searching for a hybrid!] After discussing the purchase with Jeff, I wasn’t leaving without that car. My wife and I were able to take care of the sell with the finance manager (Alicia P.) in less than a half-hour. Amazing! Dealing with Coad was the most informed and comfortable car purchase I have ever made. I certainly recommend them to anyone searching for a Toyota. More

I purchased my GR Corolla through COAD Toyota. Alexis was awesome to deal with during the ordering process, and he was great at updating me on the expected delivery date. The rest of the staff made the final purchase and set up of the car a breeze, and the parts department was great when i bought some oil filters for performing my own maintenance. Everyone was very friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to be able to help me get a hard to get car; i really can’t imagine how you could put together a better team. I drove almost 600 miles to pick up my car from them as i live in Georgia. The next time I’m in the market for a new car they will be on my short list. First two oil changes were five stars, my last visit was very unpleasant my engine light was on and Coad tested it and told me I had a remote starter, I purchased the car at 3,000 mile with all the history very unpleasant my engine light was on and Coad tested it and told me I had a remote starter, I purchased the car at 3,000 mile with all the history and information on it and it never had a remote starter on it and I told them but the manager insisted and said unless they remove the remote starter they could not tell me what the issue was, so I agreed to have it removed and was charged $195.00 the mechanic was going to hand me the part and the person behind the desk stopped him, now when I lock and unlock my car it does not chirp like it used to, and them not allowing the mechanic to give me the part made everything to obvious, I cannot trust this please is a shame I thought if I could trust anyone it would be TOYOTA? Nope!!!!! More
