They offered additional packages, related to warranty, interior/exterior application to help with wear, and others but never once tried to push these onto the customer. No hidden “add ons. The price they listed was what I paid(+the obvious fees for tax, title,doc fees, etc.) Hands down this was the best experience I have had at a dealership! Will definitely give them top consideration on my next purchase(even if it was a 6hr round trip drive for me—traded in my other vehicle so I am sure we could have done it all electronically had I not traded.) I bought the exterior Xzilon protection for my 24 month old Sienna. We drove to Florida with no night driving and when we got home had bugs embedded in the clear coat. I tried to call Xzilon and they do not answer. I called Toyota, but they will do anything unless the dealer contacts them.
